Fuzzbutt products are individually hand-made in the UK - that makes each one unique and each one different. As much care as possible has gone into the manufacturing process, and our special Fuzzbutt label will tell you it's an original.
If you are not happy with the quality of your product when you receive it then you can return it to me for a FULL REFUND, including postage! Providing the products have NOT been in a cage and exposed to animals I will happily accept them back.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT UPON ARRIVAL before you put it in the cage. If there are any serious defects/tears/fraying or loose threads, notify me immediately. Once the item is in the cage and exposed to Fuzzies, I cannot be held responsible for any defects you may discover at a later date. Upkeep of the product is your responsibility - ensure that any loose threads or chewed bits of fabric are safely cut away, to prevent tangling with Fuzzy legs and claws!

Postage & Packing
Your products will be despatched to you in an everything-proof plastic
envelope, along with your invoice and some Yogie drops for your Fuzzy!
European orders: ALL European orders from 1kg onwards will now be sent via International Signed for which is tracked and is signed for on delivery. This will add another £5.15 onto the cost of Airmail postage, for which I apologise but I cannot afford to keep sending out free replacements for lost parcels. You can check the Royal Mail airmail prices HERE. If the order is over 1kg then I will contact you with a shipping price.
Sadly, Royal Mail have hiked their overseas shipping prices from 30/4/12 and they are now rather scary. If shipping comes in at less than what my cart charges then I will ALWAYS refund back to PayPal.
