I just wanted to contact you to let you know that the snoozecube arrived on Saturday.
We absolutely LOVE it, we have two rather nervy ex rescue ratties who clearly felt a little exposed in the savic hammock we were using but refused point blank to use the enclosed sleep box on the floor of the cage. Since putting in the Snoozecube they have been noticeably calmer and less skitty, and they clearly love it. It's nice for us to know that they have somewhere they feel cosy, warm and secure, and the Snoozecube looks great and is really well made. We would recommend you to any owner of fuzzies and we will definitely be back for more stylish cage comforts in the future.

Oooh, I picked up my FuzzButt parcel this morning and I am SO impressed! I admit, I'm handy with a sewing machine and quite often buy one of something and figure out how to make it myself but there is NO WAY I can duplicate your fantastic furniture. I am so chuffed and can't wait to get home to show the boys their new goodies. Roll on the Christmas stock!!!

Hi Rachel, just a quick thank you for my recent order. I got it today and you have made my boy Drake one happy ratty. He lost his cage mate Jack on monday (RIP my angel - he was my baby and I miss him so much). Drake hasn't been the same since Jack passed to the bridge, however when he got his pirate cube in the cage tonight after a free range with the babies, he was a VERY happy ratty!! He's sitting looking like he's smiling! I'm so pleased with all the things I ordered and wanted to thank you for helping Drake smile again xxx

I know most of you are in America, but I wanted to mention a company that I ordered from that deserves a mention. People are quick to complain but not so quick to give praise, which is a shame.
I placed a small order with a company called Fuzzbutt. They were great. I ordered an XL Sputnik as three ratties dont fit in the standard one and some pear/hammock clips. The prices were great - six large metal clips for £1.50!! The postage was fair. I received two emails informing me of the orders progress, and when the parcel arrived it was addressed to me and my fuzzies, was inside a large box with large scraps of fleece for packaging (great quality stuff, will have to buy some hammocks now!) with a little envelope of treats for my fuzzies too! On the invoice there is an invitation to upload pictures of my pets using their products.
Simple stuff really, but way to look after your customers. Silly I suppose but I enjoyed my shopping experience with their company! For those of you in sunny England the details should you wish to give them a go are www.fuzzbutt.co.uk

Most people already know how amazing this shop is - the variety is astounding, and the products are made to last for many ratty lifetimes. They are the sturdiest hammocks I can find anywhere, and I often see smiling ratty faces peeking out of them. The deals (BOGOF etc) are always great, and the free packet of goodies you get with each order is an added bonus!
When I see the familiar pink packet, I run to the door screaming! (poor Posty). Highly recommended!

I just received my order from yourself. I have never used your site before, but after seeing pictures of your corner crush on Fancy rats I simply had to order one for my boys. Whilst on your site I also picked up something for my girlies. Well, what can I say.... simply amazing. The Hammocks are outstanding, both in quality and design!
All the little touches you put into the order, such as including "& Fuzzies" on the address label, and the little packet of yoggies and pasta were a class act. After I came home from a really bad day, I picked up the parcel and smiled as soon as I read the label. The smile has remained on my face since opening the package, and I simply had to write to you to convey my thanks. I will definitely be using you for all my ratty needs in the future, and will recommend happily to anyone I know with fuzzies.

Hi,
Just wanted to leave a quick review. I was soooo happy to get my order today, everything about it rocked, from the funky pink bag it came in to the yummy yoggie pasta mix which my fuzzies were delighted with! My two degus Tom and Jerry love their funky camo bunker, they were concerned that I might have bought them something pink and girly but they were delighted when they saw it! It's a brilliant design, really well made and much better than anything from a pet shop!

Just wanted to say I love the Plammock! I've been trying to integrate two groups of ratties after some serious injuries resulting in one of the boys being neutured. They've been getting territorial over other hammocks, cubes etc which causes more fights but all 8 have snuggled happily together on the Plammock! So I'll need another to keep them sweet while the first is in the wash!

I just wanted say that I have received my order and wanted to let you know how impressed I am with you and your company. The hammocks are brilliant quality and great value, your comms were great (brilliant how you email the order status) and delivery was much quicker than I was expecting. I will definitely be placing another order in the near future and not with a similar company who I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive my order of 3 hammocks from and there's still no sign of them.

Just to say I've lost my two girly dumbo hoodies, Nessa and Rudi to your delightful snoozecube. They are usually very friendly and outgoing girls, but if the snoozecube is hanging, I don't see them for days! I swap it around with the sputnik each week. But if the cube is offered too they'll turn their nose up at anything else.

Rache they LOVE your hammocks, Andy and I always have a chuckle as we pass the cage and you've never seen such contented looking ratties lol, so comfy looking. I said to Andy I wish I could get in that cage and curl up on one myself, the look so cosy.
With your offer of the free hammocks for every two that you buy on at the moment this is just brilliant for us....we've got seven ratties altogether now. I've ordered another porthole cube and another corner crush too. I love all your beautiful materials.....and the gorgeous colours, fantastic quality fleece too. I was washing up and the doorbell rang, so I ran downstairs and there it was "THE PLAMMOCK"! .. Excitedly I ran back up the stairs and opened it and... WOW!! that is fantastic!! It's so good I want to live in it myself (I think I could hang it up in the corner of the room and sit in it all day long!!
Even my girls and boys came to the bars to look at it (I'm sure they know when it's something for them)... it's cage cleaning night tonight so it'll be put in then :)
But I had to say WOW! and thanks!! it's brilliant! I'll probably take pics of it so I'll send you some if you want a review or pics for your site :)

Heya!
I just wanted to say thank you so much. I received Gandalf, my Replica Rat today and it brought tears to my eyes. I brought him as a tribute to my beautiful bluey Louie, who sadly passed to the bridge last week aged 8 months old.
Gandalf is so gorgeous, reminds me of Louie when he was happy and healthy. And also thank you for the yoggies - the girls are currently fighting over them, while the boys have the hump (they are on a little diet).

Today I received my package with it's beautiful matching contents and in specifically my camo plammock.
In all honesty the pictures on your website did not do it enough justice and even I, your greatest fan, did not realise the extent of your ratty-adjusted mind and creativeness until I had it in the flesh!
It has to be your greatest triumph yet, it is a perfectly balanced utility belt for rats! Now like most husbands, mine is very sparse with the praise on normal occasions but he was bowled over with the plammock and could not believe how clever and ingenious you and your designs are.
We have hung the first one in with Elton, Bruce & Marvin and hung one of the camo cubes from it and it literally combines all their favourite fuzzbutt products in one...hammock, condo (one level), snooze cube and a special little hide out for special little Elton :oD
I have the camera on standby and have taken some 'before' pictures ready for the 'after' shots!
Totally amazed and left speechless with your fabulous designs yet again!

Wow!!!! I could gather from the pictures this would be a quaility item, but I was shocked and delighted when my first order came this morning. The CathedralHooj is amazing!! It's huge!! All 5 of my ratty boys jumped straight into it while I was trying to hang it up, no mean feat, but all made easy with the chin safe hangers. I adore this and so do the boys. Well worth the money indeed, wished I found this site a long time ago.

These are by far the best purchase I have bought for my mice. Each Homer cube has a large front door opening and has a small side door opening. You can either put a small amount of bedding in or not, something I do as they close the opening up with it during the day. I have two Homer cubes in a Jenny along with three corner crush all of which are loved by my girls. The Homer cube is easily washable and hold their shape beautifully. Due to the strong sturdy d shape hooks you can either hang these cubes from the bars or place directly on the substrate. The quality is amazing and although they cost £6.50 they will last for years. I love the fact that they are available in bright funky colours, something that would not be available in the shops and that you can actually add to your collection with limited edition cubes.

I bought a homer big mouth and several homer snooze cubes. I was amazed at the great quality of them. As soon as I put one in Mortimer's cage he was in there investigating! He loves to hide and with being an old mouse he tends to sleep where he falls, so the soft fleece inside means Mortimer has a cosy ready-made bed. Luckily he hasn't tried to make his nest from it! He just loves squeezing through the emergency exit in the snooze cube. They are easy to wash too, and come with hangers so they can be attached pretty much anywhere in the cage.
I know they seem a bit pricey, and I must admit I'd never usually pay the full amount out for a mouse toy, but these toys are certainly worth it! I will be buying more, I already have several and I've even bought the larger sized ones for my larger pets!

I bought one of each of the "BigMouth hammock" and the "Snooze Cube" and love them both. They look great, hung up and were removed easily and the mice really seemed to like the cosy lining. They are a little pricey compared to my usual hammocks but the quality is superb and as every one is individually hand made I think they are still great value for money and would happily pay the full price for one. Mine have both now been "tested" by the mice and had a machine wash and have come up really well. At one point the cube had 6 mice sleeping in a pile in it which I think is a good indicator that they're comfy to sleep in! I also like that the hammock can be hung different ways up to be a sort of sleep bag as well as a hammock.
At the moment there is a limited choice of fabrics available which obviously is unlikely to upset your mice but a wider range would no doubt appeal to owners. I would also like to see the cube in particular come in a smaller size again as people with only a couple of mice would probably find it a bit on the vast side!
All in all a lovely new product for anyone who feels like treating their meeces.

Thanks for the brilliant corner crush and the snooze cube that I recently ordered. I'm very impressed with the quality and the super fast delivery! 'Ronnie' loves them-especially the corner crush as he can have a good stretch out in it in this hot weather. Can't wait 'til pay day so I can order a couple more for my girlies - Honey and Poppy! I work at my local RSPCA branch as an animal care assistant and will be recommending 'Fuzzbutt' to anyone who will listen!

The boys love the comfort and warmth of the Pink Ice Cream Cage Condo, I love the quality of the stitching, the attention to detail, fantastic design, it is easy to hang and washes really well.
I can't praise this product enough...I will definately be back to buy more and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can't work out who loves all the Fuzzbutt stuff more, my husband or the animals!! He is driving me nuts as he wants one of the FuzzDudes!! Everything I put in the cage is loved by my fuzzies, I am especially amazed at my Degu's who NEVER use their hammocks and stuff but as soon as I put a Bunkercube in, they moved in and took up full time residency totally abandoning their old house.

I bought a corner crush for my disabled little doe. Is was perfect
for her as she was very wobbly and the way it sagged allowed her to
get comfortable in the very bottom with support on each side. It was
the only hammock she could really get comfy in and made her last few
weeks much more comfortable. I'd strongly recommend them to the owners
of any other rats who were wobbly. Not only was it comfortable for her,
it was also easy to wash for me - she needed a very soft diet (sticky!)
so her hammocks had to be washed daily and the corner crush stands up
to it fine. A great product.

My Fuzzbutt stuff arrived today - it is utterly fantastic, thank
you. :) And thank you so much for the very cute little FuzzButt who
snuck in with my delivery - he's now sat on my desk at work looking
extremely cute.

I'm saving it for a few weeks as I have a new little rescue girl arriving
to join my three rats and I want to have completely 'neutral' territory
for her. She's been living alone for a few months, but used to have
friends so I'm hoping intros will all go smoothly and she'll have friends

I bought my 5 ladies a HoojCube last xmas and they absolutely
love it. They sleep on top of it, in it. The emergency exit they use
to sneak in and pounce on unsuspecting ratties. Of course they have
chewed it a little bit but they are rats. I am now going to buy another
one so I have a spare. I think it is one of the best things I have ever
bought for them and the customer service is great!

Up till now my gliders George & Millie have been using a Ferplast
box for a bed, but today we have swapped that for one of your cubes
and it seems they absolutely love it, they especially like the back
entrance for getting in and out. We like it too as we can actually see
them in there which we couldnt with the box.
I must admit I am not a fan of pouches as George seems to get his claws
snagged from time to time and we have to help him get free and we worry
that if he got snagged in a pouch we would not see him and he could
hurt himself or worse. Your cubes provide us with an ideal solution
as the suggies can be cosy and snug and we can keep an eye on them as
well. Mind you George was great tonight as he let me clip his claws
for the first time, this may help with the snagging.

Yesterday I got a new baby rat and once she had met my current
girls, they were so exhausted they all piled into the snooze cube and
have been there pretty much ever since! They LOVE it. Also have been
playing in corner crush but they are so obsessed with the cube they've
not tried it out much yet. Really pleased they are all squished in it
together as shows my adult does are accepting new baby!

The things which make your products better than others I've seen
are: much nicer fabric designs, well made and tough, brilliant price,
and unique designs. Thanks also for the fast delivery, I couldnt believe
how quickly my things arrived! And the yoggies! Haven't actually put
them in my rats cage yet as I am getting a new baby rat tomorrow to
add to my two current does, so am making them wait til she arrives!
However they have enjoyed hiding in the snooze cubes out of the cage

I attended the YRC show in Leeds yesterday - wanted to meet
up with everyone, but main thing on agenda for me was visiting your
stall. Spent an absolute fortune but enjoyed every minute of it, knowing
that my girlies would love everything.... The quality of your stuff
is amazing - no one else out there is doing anything like it. When I
put it in my cage, it always looks so good and not only that, my ratties
love to use it..... It washes like new every time.....

I cannot tell you enough how much I love them let alone the rats....
its a shame that cos of the strike it took me this long to find out
how good they - which is totally royal mails fault.
My flower one arrived yesterday, and they love it!! and have started
trying to destroy it - but thats ok! They tore apart their old bed and
have been spending all the nights filling the holes with newspaper and
last night was the first night they were quiet in weeks! I could kiss
ya for it.... LOL
I will be ordering again! already have in fact! :) and I will no doubt
be ordering again and again! They are fantastic quality to - you really

Great products, very long lasting and wash really well. I love
the fact they are different from all the 'normal' hammocks out there.
Great range of fabrics too.
The yogies are a nice touch too
Only problem is they are too good and it's always a struggle to log
off without ordering more!!

Hi, got my order today and as always thrilled with it, love the
halloween hammock as I only have one rat, so it's a perfect size for
him.
Really appreciate your honesty with the postage too, it's things like
this that set you apart from other suppliers......but mostly because
your items are way way better than anything else available. Can't wait

Hi, I recieved my order a couple of days ago, and
i have to say i was pleasantly suprised! Everything was very sturdily
made, and I'm sure will last for a good long time, and the personal

Our beloved Popsicle now gone absolutely loved her
snooze cubes and would sit for hours in them on the sofa with a water
bottle and some snacks - definitely made a poorly rat's last weeks so

They are brilliant, really really cool. I'm going
to be moving the rats upstairs this weekend and putting their new cube
and fortress in to the cage (6 girlies). And ordering more shortly so
I can rotate them around....Excellent value for money and the fastest

I got the cubes yesterday. Thank you so much
for the stars and stripes, that was super nice of you.
Five out of six of my girls love the fortresses but Lilly my oldest
seems to be very mad I took the old ones out. I put the stars one in
their other cage (I have two cages connected by a tube) and this morning
she was over there all by herself while everyone else was piled high
in the fortresses. She is pretty set in her ways, it is so funny how
they react to change. Flower (my super chewer) has already attempted
to chew on the fortresses but after a few minutes she gave it up and
went on about her business. So, so far no holes, YEAH.
I will send pictures of the new cubes and their furry models, soon.

I was lucky enough to win the dora the explorer auction
for Cavy Rescue! All of the things arrived this morning and well.....they
are FANTASTIC!
Mervin, my double rex, adores his old pink snooze cube with snowmen
on but was so excited at the sight of his double snooze cube! He is
allowing the twins he is in with entrance, but only when they sneak
in through one of the many back doors!

Just wanted to say thanks for a quick delivery, for

I cant rave strongly enough about fuzzbutts.
the products are brilliant, the sevice is ace, and if you want something
"customised" ie two emergency exits, they are more than happy
to oblige. love it, ive recommended it to all my ratty friends!

I found out about this site from myspace and i have
been amazed at how good value these are. They are fantastic, the service
is exceptional and the little extras that were put in (extra hangers
and little pasta and yoggies) just made it a lovely experience all round.

Just to say how much my ratties & myself love
the Snooze cube, the minute I put it into the cage...they climbed in..there's
usually at least 2 ratties in it at a time. Just luv your web site &
products..could spend a fortune here!

Over the last three years we've owned over a 100
ratties (we used to breed/show) and almost as many hammocks, and I've
never had one as pretty, practical or absolutely adored by the ratties,
as their snooze cube. Will definitely be making a point of replacing
any suture tired hammocks with a snooze cube. They're fab!!!

My Homer cube arrived today and tho a wee bit big
for Spacemouse Chillipepper my mouse with attitude, he's bouncing in

I have recently got my 2 snooze cubes and they are
fantastic! Either all 6 girls are piled on top or some are sensible
enough to go inside it where they dont get pushed off, they have totally
disowned their old hammock that used to be their favourite place and
moved into the snooze cube, I would recommend these to anyone! really
well made too.

I have just recieved my snooze cubes and they are
fantastic, thank you so much! I have left feedback on the website, but
i just wanted to tell you in person. They are better than I was expecting,
they are very secure!! And I think the denim was a good move. They are
christmas presents for the girls so i wont put them in until then, but
I'm sure they will be loved and I'll definitely come back for a condo!

Just to say thanks for the quick delivery. They are
gorgeous, far too nice to put in the cage. Love the 2 Emergency Exits,
just as well I asked for them. The original 2 bunker cubes have a fuzzy
homemade second EE. Btw the denim is fantastic, I think its more practical
for my fuzzies, not so attractive for chewing.

I am just mailing you to say thankyou very much, my 11 year chinchilla
Charlie can be very hard to please, but you have done a great job with
these cubes.
As the weather is getting cooler now, I put them in last night and
Charlie was found in there this morning, just managing to drag herself
out for a treat before I went to work.
I also feel much better now cause they are out in the
shed and as she is housed on her own (my other 2 are together, although
I have brought a cube for them too!) I thought she may feel the cold
a little more.

The ScaryCube is great, some nibbling, but I think they enjoy
it waaaay too much to even think about any serious chewing! The ratties
are enjoying it very much, as is my husband who thinks it is great as
his birthday is on halloween, so everyone happy all round!

Just wanted to let you know we received our Hammockchoob yesterday
and added it to Keaira's cage today and she's completely fallen in love!
It really has gone down a treat and i think i may be purchasing another
2 in the very near future as the others are getting jealous hehe! Its
an excellent size. Keaira is absolutely loving the room inside hers...
could easily get 2 or 3 chins in there comfortably.

The Condos are a big hit with all ages of rats and have not been

I have just ordered a second snooze cube so that I have one for
the cage and one for the wash! I am very pleased with the quality of
the snooze cube that arrived yesterday and the boys have now decided
they like it after ignoring it for the first 24 hours LOL. They have
all 3 been cuddled up in there tonight. I was very impressed with the
quick delivery too. Oh and the boys say thanks for the yoggies!

The boys are loving their snooze cubes. I rescued an old boy a
couple of weeks ago who had been alone and in rescue for well over a
year and he had been a little shy and hiding in the bottom of the cage.
Since I put the snooze cubes in he has been king of the castle and only
leaves the top of the cage to eat and drink!
